These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ETXtracts.com and any product or service offered by ETXtracts LLC ("ETXtracts," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE VERIFICATION  
You must be 21+ to use this site or purchase products. By doing so, you affirm your age and accept full responsibility for any false representations.

2. PRODUCT USE & HEALTH DISCLAIMER  
All products are used at your own risk. ETXtracts LLC makes no claims regarding safety or suitability for your health conditions. Use responsibly. We do not recommend excessive or daily use, and overuse may affect tolerance or cause temporary discomfort if discontinued. Always consult a healthcare provider.

3. ORDERS & RIGHT TO REFUSE  
Orders are offers to buy. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason.

4. PAYMENTS (MANUAL & CRYPTOCURRENCY)  
Payments must be verified before we ship. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable (USD equivalent refunds only, if approved).

5. PRICING & PROMOTIONS  
Prices may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to such errors.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY  
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, all risk transfers to you. Signature confirmation is optional—if declined, you assume all delivery risks.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS  
Refunds are not guaranteed and handled case-by-case. Only unopened, unused items (approved in writing first) may be eligible. Refund methods are at our discretion. All sales are final once shipped.

8. DAMAGES, CLAIMS & 15-DAY WINDOW  
All issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We are not responsible for minor packaging flaws.

9. CHARGEBACKS & ABUSE  
Unapproved disputes, false claims, or chargebacks may result in account bans, refusal of service, and legal action.

10. EXPORT & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  
You are responsible for ensuring legality in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for customs seizures, duties, or delays.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES  
We use services like Shopify, payment processors, and SMS platforms. We are not responsible for their failures or terms.

12. NO RESALE OR RELABELING  
You may not resell, relabel, or distribute our products without written consent. We are not liable for unauthorized resale consequences.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
All content, designs, product names, and branding are owned by ETXtracts LLC and protected by IP laws. Copying or profiting from our brand without consent is prohibited.

14. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT  
By providing contact info, you consent to receive order and support messages via email/SMS. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.

15. FORCE MAJEURE  
We are not liable for non-performance due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply shortages, carrier issues).

16. NO GUARANTEES  
We make no guarantee of outcome, effectiveness, or experience. Results may vary.

17. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE PRODUCTS  
We may modify or discontinue any product or offering without notice.

18. SURVIVAL OF TERMS  
Key terms (refunds, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination of your use or access to our services.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & VENUE  
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where allowed. You agree to exclusive venue in Angelina County unless otherwise required.
