  <p>7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is an alkaloid derived from the kratom plant. We publish independent lab results for transparency.</p>

  <h2>Are your products lab-tested?</h2>
  <p>Yes. Every batch has a <strong>Certificate of Analysis (COA)</strong> for identity, potency, and safety. See our Labs &amp; COAs page for PDFs.</p>

  <h2>How do I place an order?</h2>

    <li>Complete checkout using the payment instructions you received.</li>
    <li>You’ll get an order confirmation email.</li>
    <li>We pack and ship per the cutoff below.</li>

  <h2>What is your shipping cutoff?</h2>
  <p>Orders placed <strong>before 3:30 PM CST (Mon–Fri)</strong> ship the same day. Orders after cutoff ship the next business day. No weekend or holiday shipping.</p>

  <h2>Where do you ship / Are there restricted locations?</h2>
  <p>We ship within most of the U.S. However, we cannot ship to the following <strong>states</strong> or <strong>counties</strong>:</p>

    <li><strong>States:</strong> Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin</li>
    <li><strong>Counties:</strong> Sarasota County (Florida); San Diego &amp; Oceanside (California); Alton, Jerseyville, Edwardsville County (Illinois); Columbus &amp; Union County (Mississippi); Ascension, Franklin &amp; Rapides (Louisiana)</li>

  <h2>How long does shipping take?</h2>
  <p>Most deliveries arrive <strong>2–7 business days</strong> after shipment, depending on carrier and destination. Tracking is provided.</p>

  <h2>What payment methods do you accept?</h2>

  <h2>How should I store products?</h2>
  <p>Keep sealed, <strong>cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight</strong>.</p>
