We do not give shipping guarantee refunds!

If a refund for a payment is processed, we charge 15$ for processing the refund. (Example: if you place an order for an item to a state that has banned any of our products)

We always do our part and make sure packages are delivered on time we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands! sincere apologies.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:30 PM (CST) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM ship the next business day. Tracking info is automatically sent once your label is created. 

Fed ex picks up at 4:30cst, UPS picks up at 5cst. no packages can go out past that time.

Do I need to include my phone number?

Yes. A valid phone number is required for all orders until our credit card processor is active. Orders without a phone number may be canceled if payment is not confirmed within 3 hours. This ensures we can send payment instructions and confirm details before shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal (Friends & Family)
  • Zelle
  • Cash App
  • Chime
  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Revolut

Why can’t I pay with a card yet?

We’re classified as a high-risk business, which requires additional approval before we can accept direct card payments. This process is nearly complete and should be finalized by the end of the week.

Do I need an account to order?

No — but creating one lets you track orders, save your info, and access new drops faster.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and delivery speed. Tracking information is sent automatically once your shipping label is created.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ETXtracts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If a package is confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided, ETXtracts is not liable for theft, damage, or loss that occurs after delivery.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted it.
  • Look around your mailbox, porch, or alternate delivery areas.
  • Contact the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) directly with your tracking number — they can help open a delivery trace or claim.

If your package has not been delivered or updated after 14 buisness days from the original ship date, ETXtracts will ship a replacement package. Many times in the past, the original package  arrives at the same time as the replacement, so we adopted the 14 day policy.  — but our priority is making sure you receive your order without unnecessary delay.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, reach out to us at ETXtracts2025@gmail.com with your order number and case ID from UPS, USPS, or FedEx, and we’ll review any next steps for a courtesy replacement or discount on a future order.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to product safety and quality control, we don’t accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

You can reach us through our Contact Page, email, or Discord. We typically reply within 24 hours during business days — another reason it’s best to include your phone number when ordering!
