💳 Payment Instructions (Super Simple)

✅ 1) Place Your Order First

Add items to your cart and complete checkout.
Please enter: Full name, correct shipping address, phone number + email (to get tracking requires this).
No phone number = order may be canceled.

When you check out, remember to put any information we may need to know in the order notes. (example: if you want FedEx home delivery. putting it in the notes will save time on the phone.)

📲 2) Text Us Your Order Number

Example message: Order #12345 (the confirmation code on the first email is not accessible by us! Please see the 2nd email for the order #)._

💸 3) Send Payment

We accept most payment apps (Cash App, Zelle, Chime, Revolut, BTC, etc.).
NO Venmo.
Some customers have paid by card upon request with PP.

✅ 4) Send Payment Confirmation (Do Both)

After you pay, send proof TWO ways:

  • A) Text to (936) 675-2319
    Send: Order # + screenshot of payment confirmation
  • B) Email to orderfrometx@icloud.com
    Send: Order # + screenshot of payment confirmation
    Subject example: Order #12345 – Payment Proof

📦 Shipping

Cut off is 2:30-3:30 PM CST and we always ship all packages that have been confirmed paid the same day. After 2:30-3:30 PM CST, we ship the next business day. (Not to brag, but we typically fulfill all orders placed until 4 pm.) So if you're dragging ass, don't freak out.

We stopped shipping on weekends because we found that UPS and FedEx use part-time crews on weekends, which can lead to lost packages and upset customers. However, if you're in a bind, you can always shoot me a text. If I am available, maybe I can drop off a package for you!
