💳 Payment Instructions (Super Simple)

✅ 1) Place Your Order First

Add items to your cart and complete checkout.
Please enter: Full name, correct shipping address, phone number + email (to get tracking requires this).
No phone number = order may be canceled.

When you check out, remember to put any information we may need to know in the order notes. (example: if you want FedEx home delivery. putting it in the notes will save time on the phone.)

📲 2) Text Us Your Order Number

Example message: Order #12345 (the confirmation code on the first email is not accessible by us! Please see the 2nd email for the order #)._

💸 3) Send Payment

We accept most payment apps (Cash App, Zelle, Chime, Revolut, BTC, etc.).
NO Venmo.
Some customers have paid by card upon request with PP.

✅ 4) Send Payment Confirmation (Do Both)

After you pay, send proof TWO ways:

  Send: Order # + screenshot of payment confirmation
• B) Email to orderfrometx@icloud.com
  Send: Order # + screenshot of payment confirmation
  Subject example: Order #12345 – Payment Proof

📦 Shipping

Cut off is 2:30-3:30 PM CST and we always ship all packages that have been confirmed paid the same day. After 2:30-3:30 PM CST, we ship the next business day. (Not to brag, but we typically fulfill all orders placed until 4 pm.) So if you're dragging ass, don't freak out.

We stopped shipping on weekends because we found that UPS and FedEx use part-time crews on weekends, which can lead to lost packages and upset customers. However, if you're in a bind, you can always shoot me a text. If I am available, maybe I can drop off a package for you!

FedEx Shipping Options (are not free & How to Choose)

Shopify doesn’t show the FedEx options at checkout like it does UPS/USPS, (we think its important to give you every option available so you can get what ya need when you need.) so its important to remember If you choose FedEx at checkout, please do this:

1. Pick “FedEx” as your shipping method at checkout.
2. In Order Notes, type the FedEx option you want (examples below).
   
3. Add cost to total.

One man giving his all to make sure the customer gets treated with respect is how ETXtracts came to be. Because of my personal struggles throughout everyday life, just ordinary people trying to build a life and survive like everybody else. My wife and I have five kids, one of them has special needs. Like a lot of families, we’ve had seasons where it felt like we were doing everything we could to keep our heads above water.

I knew this business would give us a real chance to provide, to be present, and to build something honest that we can be proud of. I also knew that, as someone who had long been on the other side of the spectrum, I would know what it was like to be in my customers' shoes.

When I entered this industry, I didn’t have much of anything but a bit of luck, and the drive to push forward and give it my all, even if it meant sleepless nights. I just believed one thing: if I gave it my all and treated customers like real human beings, we can make it. No games. No runaround. No cold, corporate treatment.

And somehow… here we are.

In just 5 months, this thing has grown 50x from where we started. That growth didn’t happen because of ads or hype — it happened because customers gave us a shot, saw how we operate, and decided we were worth trusting.
